I chose the veterinary field after my cat passed away in late 2023. The love and care my cat received at the vet clinic during his final days inspired me to pursue this path. I had been in a different industry for many years, but now, I'm passionate about animal welfare and ensuring the best care for every animal that walks through our doors. I absolutely love working in the fast-paced environment of a vet clinic, and the best part of my job is the wonderful coworkers I get to collaborate with daily.

I'm also a professional makeup artist with experience working on independent films, TV shows, and fashion/runway shows. I'm also a freelance writer.

At home, I share my life with four amazing cats: Jonesy, Nibbler, Ripley, and Felix, all named after space-themed TV shows and movies. In addition to being a proud pet parent, I’m a mom to a toddler and excitedly expecting a new addition to the family this spring!
